1. Need of your personal neutral data
All the data we request are necessary only to perform properly and fully our service and for statistical purposes regarding your use of it. In particular, we need your phone or mobile number to communicate directly with you in case of need regarding your usage of our service; the bank details (IBAN) are necessary to be able to pay your royalties to you. Please note that the provision of neutral information is required in order to use the service we offer. You also have the right to obtain: the updating, rectification or, when necessary, data integration, cancellation, transformation into anonymous form, or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including those that do not need to be kept for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed. You can also object, in whole or in part: for legitimate reasons against the processing of your personal data, even pertinent to the purpose of collection; against the processing of your personal data for advertisement purposes, e.g. used to send you advertising materials or to carry out market surveys or commercial communication. The rights of the article. 7 may be exercised in the manner provided in art. 9 - How to exercise the aforesaid Law. The data responsible shall give effect to requests received in the manner provided in Art. 10 - Response to the user request.

4. Communication of data to third parties
The aforementioned data will not be communicated to third parties (as understood art. 4 letter. M) of the Law) unless there is consent from the concerned person, for clear objectives, determined and agreed with the data responsible.

5. Modalities of data treatment
With reference to methods of processing the personal data, that treatment will be made in respect of security measures provided by law, in the form of manual or computerized or telematics. Treatment operations may relate to any operation or set of operations from those indicated in art. 4, paragraph 1, letter a) of the Law, such as collection, recording, organization, storage, consulting, development, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, blocking, communication, and deletion of data, even if not registered in a database.

6. Other types of data processed
Computer systems and software used to operate the Web site http://www.incidi.net acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the Internet communication protocols. This information, by their very nature, could allow you to identify yourself as a means of processing and integration with other data, although they are not collected with the aim of association to identified users.
