The project Father Demo brings together guitarist and composer Giovanni Ziccardi with Don Preston, former keyboardist of The Mothers of Invention by Frank Zappa, and Jerry Marotta, drummer for Peter Gabriel, in an independent instrumental project. Tracks in new age and electronic style, alternating with jazz and blues, recorded and mixed at Officine Meccaniche di Mauro Pagani in Milan.

Giovanni Ziccardi, guitarist and composer from Emilia-romagna, lives and works in Milan.
Don Preston, formerly in The Mothers of Invention Frank Zappa, played Hammond, Moog, Wurlitzer, Rhodes and Synth.
Jerry Marotta, former drummer for Peter Gabriel, played drums and percussion.
The CD was mixed by Takéto Gohar.

Ho comprato questo cd un po' di tempo fa, e da allora l'ho ascoltato spesso e lo continuo ad ascoltare. Musica davvero di alta qualità, l'unico difetto: è troppo breve. |
